-Fix & Flip Properties – Mainstay Development specializes in identifying distressed properties in quality neighborhoods. Then, by adding new fixtures to the home, brings the home back to life–attracting a quality resident  to the city of Indianapolis.

 

-New Construction Development – Some neighborhoods have such high demand, that there are no other choices than to build new homes. Mainstay Development has decades of experience in construction new, ground-up homes, and provide an excellent product that will add value to surrounding neighbors.

 

-Neighborhood Revitalization – Mainstay Development has been one of the pioneers of developing neighborhoods in the Indianapolis area since 2012. From over 50 projects in Fountain Square to being the biggest land owner in Bates Hendricks, when Mainstay invests in a neighborhood, we invest to joint venture with the neighborhood’s residents to fully turn around forgotten, blighted areas that will actively contribute to the city’s landscape.

 

-Community Relationships – Having an open line of communication with the state and municipal officials whom are responsible for implementing the different items necessary for a new build project is of paramount importance in the development realm. Mainstay Development has a demonstrated track record of successes with city officials, economic development corporation (EDC) partners, and other development incentive providers that are able to work with Mainstay to provide mutual development benefit.

New Construction

Mainstay Property Group has flipped over 100+ homes since 2016 with several new construction, “ground-up” projects in the Indianapolis neighborhoods of Fountain Square and Bates Hendricks. Mainstay is planning to flip and/or construct over 500+ properties, mostly within the urban core of Indianapolis. New construction projects are often the catalysts that govern and serve as ground zero for economic growth in Indianapolis neighborhoods.

Community Redevelopment

As Fountain Square was once the undeserved neighborhood of Indianapolis, Mainstay Construction has been on the cutting edge of identification of new neighborhoods to bring about the best that Indianapolis has to offer. As of October 2016, Mainstay Development is the biggest land owner in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood with over 80 parcels to be redeveloped or newly built in the coming years. Mainstay Development also aims to redevelop other pockets of the Indianapolis neighborhood including River West, Near East, and Windsor Park
